The Radcliffe Group, Inc., was founded in 1996. Radcliffe Capital Management, L.P. is an SEC registered investment adviser that manages approx. ~$3.5 billion across defensive credit related strategies. Its clients include a cross section of large institutions and high-net-worth families.
Strategies
Radcliffe has always pursued strategies that identify meaningful mispricing where the Principals of the firm invest alongside its clients. We currently manage three unique Short Duration strategies, a BDC bond strategy, a SPAC strategy, a Multi-Strat strategy, and a Portable Alpha strategy.
leadership
Radcliffe's team of highly experienced professionals utilizes internally developed credit models, risk management systems, and extensive operational controls in managing our clients' capital. The team is led by its two Principals who started working together in 1998.
